I'm Donivan Norton. With nearly two decades of experience in real estate and mortgage lending, I've seen this industry from just about every angle.

I've built homes, bought and flipped properties, invested in real estate, and originated loans across 25 states. I've also led teams of loan officers in the retail mortgage industry, gaining firsthand experience in both the business and leadership sides of lending.

After years of managing teams and navigating the corporate lending world, I've chosen to get back to what I enjoy most: working directly with my own clients.
